Excessive Barking Can Be Lot Illegal

Excessive barking can be quite annoying. If you are experiencing neighbors that have dogs that bark all night, talk to them about it. Excessive barking can keep a person up all night. And that is never good. Loss of sleep inhibits work performance. If you own a dog that will not stop barking so much, do something about it. Do not ignore it. It might become worse.

Certain breeds automatically bark a lot, more than other dogs. For example, Chihuahuas are famous for their excessive barking. They bark at the bigger dogs, at strangers, at cars passing by. They are just a breed that bark more than what is considered a normal amount of barking. If you have a Chihuahua, you might consider keeping him inside and away from the windows at night.

A dog may bark because of a physical or emotional need. If a dog is too hot or too cold, it may bark because it is uncomfortable. On hot days, be sure to give your dog plenty of water and keep him cool. On cold days, make sure he has sufficient insulation in his dog house. Or if that is not enough, consider bringing him inside.

A dog will bark when it is hungry to get attention. It will bark when thirsty to get attention. Sometimes, barking is a way of getting attention. Excessive barking may mean that his needs have not been met. Figure out why.
